Gateway FX Series Notebook
In 2007, Michael designed the Gateway series of laptop computer line-up prior to founding Tandem in 2009.
The unique IMR pattern adds performance appeal for the gaming audience. Best of CES 2008 Computer Category Final List.
The Gateway FX series notebook line was created with gaming enthusiasts in mind. The body of the computer features anodized brushed aluminum with orange accents which coordinate with the media control keys as they glow in a bright orange when powered up. The most frequently used movement and gaming function keys are highlighted with graphics to maximize ease of use.

The carbon fiber graphics around the touchpad and on the back of the screen were applied using the state of the art IMR process which was infused during the injection molding process.
